June 2025 – Atlantic Management in partnership with Atlantic Development purchased the former Harvard Pilgrim headquarters located at 1600 Crown Colony, Quincy. The 15-acre site developed with a 4-story, ~240,000 square foot, Class A office building was offered for sale on the market by Harvard Pilgrim and purchased by the partnership in June 2025. The partnership is considering options for the site, including leasing the existing office building.
