December 2025 – Atlantic Management Corporation, in partnership with Merrimack College and Lupoli Companies, has acquired 1-49 Royal Crest Drive, a 588-unit multifamily residential housing complex located on a 76-acre campus in North Andover, Massachusetts. The complex is comprised of two- and three-bedroom units, as well as a pool, clubhouse, fitness facility, and other amenities. The property is located minutes from both I-495 and I-93 and is located directly across the street from Merrimack College.
